Generally we don't ship. We don't use preservatives and over-night shipping is very costly

relative to the price of the product.

Exceptions:

• Vollkornbrot and other 100% Rye breads

• Christmas specials like Stollen & Lebkuchen

• Cookies

These products survive priority mail.
